A list will pop up showing all students and staff that match that name. Click on the person that you wanted to find.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Today page for each student &#8211; Once you have located a student there are many pages of information. One of those pages is Today. It has their full schedule for today and any attendance that has already been entered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Login as a Student<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Teachers can login as students.<\/li>\n<li>In the username field of Veracross login screen, simply put your username followed by a slash then the student username. Use your own password.<br \/>\n(e.g. jpriebe\/27johnnys)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Communications &amp;\u00a0Community<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communications: Veracross news articles &lt;need video to explain&gt;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veracross directories to find people &#8211; Veracross has student, household, and staff &amp; faculty directories for all community members. These directories are refreshed automatically each night. You can search for individuals and find their contact information if they have chosen to display it.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Calendars\/Events<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veracross: Calendar &#8211; stripe calendar is a five day window into your personally filtered calendar. If you click an event, you will see details.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veracross: Calendar &#8211; Each person in Veracross can see a detailed and filtered calendar based on their role in the school. You can change from month, to week or even day view. There is a button to see a preview of the actual report card. Report cards are proofread by colleagues using a dept or team based approach. Entering or taking attendance is done on the Attendance tab of each of your classes in Veracross.
