  1. Place the document that needs to be\u00a0copied in the feed tray or directly on the glass.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Login: Either swipe your card (Look at the Enrollment instructions) or enter your ID Number (Library Number) and press \u2018Login.<\/span>\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. To copy, press \u201c<\/span>Use Device Functions<\/span>\u201d. Then<\/span>, simply press the \u2018<\/span>Copy<\/span>\u2019 button on the left hand side.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. From this menu you can adjust several things, such as:<\/span>\n
        \n
      1. Page Adjustments (Two sided, One sided)<\/li>\n
      2. Paper size<\/li>\n
      3. Collating<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Color – If you choose Auto Colour Select, the copier will determine whether EACH PAGE is black&white or colour and charge the school accordingly. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Press Start to begin copying.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Press \u2018<\/span>Login\/Logout<\/span>\u2019 after your session<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
