It is sometimes necessary to share large files with other people.<\/p>\n

  1. Save or find your\u00a0file\u00a0on your machine in a location you know (in our example, the Desktop).<\/li>\n
  2. Open Google Drive\u00a0in your browser from your Gmail by clicking the Google apps\u00a0launcher in the top right corner of the screen.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Click the Google drive icon.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Once in Google drive, grab your video from your desktop and drag it into your Google drive.\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. \u00a0The upload progress will show up in a little box in the bottom right hand corner. Wait until it finishes uploading.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/a>\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. Find the file in your Drive. Then click to select the\u00a0uploaded file then click the\u00a0share icon in the top\u00a0menu.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  7. Click\u00a0“Get sharable link.”\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  8. Click “Copy Link” button to copy the link to the file.\"\"<\/a>If you want anyone with access to think link to be able to edit the file, you can select the access from “can view” to “can edit”.\"\"<\/a>Click Done when finish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
