Tech Support RequestsHere is how to get IT Help Desk support for any technology issues or support. Our team is ready to serve you M-F 7:30-16:30. (Note: We have reduced hours during school closure 8:30-16:00.)

  • Urgent IT request – phone +66-2017-5888 (ext 1442).
  • Enter a Helpdesk ticket by email.
  • Drop into the IT Zone (Ground Floor, Secondary Building).
  • Remember, please test things before you need them.
  • If you are worried about a possible issue when using technology with students, please pre-book using a Helpdesk ticket to explain what you plan to do (location, time) so that we can have a technician standby to solve any issues.
