This upgrade will take up to two hours to complete the whole process.

Run the Installer

1. Open your Launchpad (tap F4 key).
2. Find the Install macOS Catalina app. If you do not see the Install macOS Catalina app in your Launchpad, please see Get the Installer section below.
3. Click on Install macOS Catalina app to begin the OS upgrade.
   
4. Click Continue >> Agree
   
5. Click Install.
   
6. Enter your MacBook password and click OK.
   
7. Wait until the progress completes. Be sure that you do not need to use your machine for a while. Be sure it is plugged in and DO NOT close the lid.
   (THIS STEP WILL TAKE AT LEAST AN HOUR AND UP TO TWO HOURS)
   
8. Restart your machine and wait some more. When you see the login screen, you are DONE.

Get the Installer

1. If you have already installed Catalina (above), you do not need to continue.
2. Please copy the URL below and paste into your browser location bar and click Enter.
   http://fs-mdm.nist.ac.th/pkg/Catalina.pkg
3. Wait until the download has finished.
4. Open the Downloads folder.
   
5. Use 2 fingers to click on the file and select “Open”.
   
6. Wait until this window pops up. Click Open.
   
7. Click Continue >> Install >> Close
   
8. Click Move to Trash to delete the package file.
