Configuring 3CX on Android/iPhone

3cx is the phone system we use at the school and can be used from the telephones in the classrooms or with an app on your mobile phone.
This article will guide you through the setup on your mobile phone.

1. Email helpdesk@nist.ac.th and request a 3cx welcome email.
   
2. Usually whitin a few hours the IT department will send you an email containing all information you need to configure the 3cx app on your phone.
   
3. download the 3cx app for your phone
   Android (playstore)
   iPhone (appstore)
   
4. Open the 3cx app on your phone and look for the qrcode button
   
   
5. Scan the qr code that is attached to the 3cx welcome email you’ve received
   
6. Your phone should now automatically be connected to your own classroom extension number.
