Here are the steps:
- Go to Google Photos: www.photos.google.com
- Upload photo
- Control (Ctrl) + click on photo and select ‘Copy Image Address’
- Open WordPress blog and create/open a post
- Click ‘Add Media’
- Select ‘Insert from URL’
- Click Insert into Post
