Digital Tech Tip – Email parents/guardian with one click

Veracross has an “Email Parents” button. This is one click to contact both parents. You will see this link on the student pop-up (when you click on a student name in nearly every screen).

Note: When you click the Email Parents link it creates a Veracross email address similar to that found below:

nist.parents_of_21388@email.veracross.com

You still have the option, however, to email a parent individually by clicking on the individual email address of each parent or guardian.
