Scan to Email
If you want to scan, instead, to a network folder, you can:
- You can find scanned files here \\media\scan
- Be sure to retrieve your document after you scan it (especially if confidential).
- Delete it from the scan folder to reduce clutter.
- Documents will be deleted each night
- Staff may not save documents and folders in these locations.

Scan to Google Drive
- Log in with your NIST ID card or Personal ID
- select “Scan”.

3. Select “To your Google Drive”.

4. Select “Start Scanning” to scan your document.

5. Log out and check your email.

6. You will receive an email from PaperCut. Click the login button to allow access to your google drive. (First time only).

7. You will receive another email with the link to access the scanned file on your Google Drive.

8. The scanned file is saved in the folder called “Scans for PaperCut MF”
