After finishing watching all the videos on the Axiom Guide, every support staff member should attend the Intermediate and Advanced and Query Beginner courses when they are offered. Every new support staff should be trained by members of his or her department about use of Veracross and office procedures. IT dept. will offer training in the following on a rotation basis and new staff should be signed up by HR.
